60-Year-Old Man Thoroughly Beaten By Angry Mob For Stealing A Car In Jos

A 60-year-old man was ambushed by an angry mob after he attempted to escape in a car he allegedly stole. From the photo shared by an eyewitness, the elderly man is seen bleeding as he is taken away from the scene. According to Instablo9ja, the incident happened at the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH). The yet-to-be identified man gained access to the car using a master key, but he ran out of luck when he was busted. People gathered, brought him out of the car and had him beaten up. Luckily, he was rescued, but reports did not confirm if he was later handed over to the police.

In another event, an 18-year-old boy, Innocent Ogah sustained terrible head injury after a CitiBank mast at Ereko, Lagos, crashed on building, destroying properties. Confirming the story, the General Manager, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, Michael Akindele, said that the mast was poorly maintained, hence the crash.
