This picture of Babatunde Raji Fashola dozing off while on duty is currently generating a lot of buzz on social media. The Minister of Works, Power and Housing, slept off during a routine inspection with his team. Somebody in the bus took the picture and posted it on Facebook. And now it's trending...because of his willy!!!
