35-Year-Old Man Arrested For Secretly Marrying A 6-Year-Old Girl

A groom has been arrested and his accomplice hunted by Police  in connection with arranging child marriage between a 35-year-old man to a six-year-old girl. Marriage broker, Jamuni Bai, 51, is known for arranging marriages with child brides for a fee of around £350, says police in Rajasthan, India. And now, images have surfaced showing the shocking marriage of a 35-year-old man to a six-year-old girl at which he's thought to have been one of five witnesses. It is believed that the wedding took place on June 23 in a secret village temple ceremony.

3 Farmers Remanded In Prison For Raping A 10-Year-Old Girl In The Bush

The police on Thursday arraigned three farmers in a senior magistrates’ court in Katsina for raping a 10-year-old girl. The accused are Yahuza Musa, 20, Tasiu Abubakar, 20 and Sadiq Isyaku, 20. The trio, who reside in Dakiya village in Safana Local Government Area of Katsina State, appeared before Senior Magistrate Nafisa Bagiwa on one-count charge of rape. The prosecutor, Insp. Hashimu Musa, told the court that the accused committed the offence on June 11 at about 11.30 a.m. He said the matter was reported by one Isa Ali of Kitaki village in Safana Local Government

Man Seen Charging His Radio Through The Exhaust Pipe Of A Moving Vehicle

Hey guys, I want to share what I saw today with you. So this morning while in a serious traffic on one of Lagos' busy roads, I spotted this man pictured above charging his radio through the exhaust pipe of a moving vehicle. He was seen with some cassettes packed in a bag, so apparently, he's one of these people who usually hawks their music on the road. PHOTOS: Two Sisters Miraculously Escape Death After Their Home Was Engulfed By Fire

It was a narrow escape for two sisters whose house was engulfed by fire. Just seconds before the residential building was engulfed in flames, both girls  had been spotted screaming and frantically banging on the window before fire trucks had reached the scene of the blaze, which destroyed the homes of 29 people. Neighbors had advised them to break the window and jump out, which they did. As the younger sister plunged to the ground, shards of glass apparently caught her leg, cutting it 'wide open'. The girls were caught by rescuers who were waiting on the decking of the house and then taken to hospital. Doctor who operated on Joan Rivers breaks her silence about fatal procedure

The doctor accused of taking selfies with Joan Rivers during the unauthorized laryngoscopy procedure that ultimately killed her has broken her silence about the surgery.

 

Dr Gwen Korovin, the 'throat specialist to the stars', was at Yorkville Endoscopy clinic on August 28 2014, working on Rivers even though she was not authorized to be in the room, according to reports.

Rivers went into cardiac arrest during the procedure and died on September 4 at Mount Sinai Hospital,which made her daughter, Melissa Rivers to file a medical malpractice suit against Korovin, 56, and others.

Buhari -We may negotiate with Boko Haram

The Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, on Friday, disclosed in an interview with the BBC, that the Federal Government has said that it is open to negotiations with the Boko Haram sect in order to find a lasting solution to the security crisis in the country, if the group is willing.

 

In the interview, Adesina said the Federal Government was not ruling out negotiations with the sect if it would put an end to the activities of the group, stating that the insurgents had attacked so many villages and killed scores of people.

When BBC asked if the Federal Government was considering negotiations with the insurgent group, Adesina said:

Cody Feran-Baum, 17, admitted to investigators he kicked little Sophia O’Neill in the back, laid her on the floor and stomped on her back, authorities said.

“It was, it was bad,” Feran-Baum said when asked how hard he’d kicked the tot. “It was hard.”
The vicious blows split the girl’s left kidney and pancreas in two, ripped her liver loose from a ligament, fractured eight ribs and collapsed a lung.

Linda Barnette has issued marriage licenses in Grenada County, Missisipi for 24yrs. On Tuesday June 30th, she resigned rather than issue gay marriage licenses, writing in her letter of resignation;

"I choose to obey God rather than man. I am a follower of Christ and I believe strongly that the Bible is my final authority. The Bible teaches that a marriage is to be between a man and a woman.
