“I am extremely pretty” — Toyin Abraham

Nollywoood Actress, Toyin Aimahku has declared herself “an extremely pretty goddess”, and she took to her Instagram page to brag about it.
She wrote while sharing the above photo thus: “I hate bragging..I AM EXTREMELY PRETTY #SEVENANDAHALFDATE #nomakeup #toopretty”
Meanwhile, the actress talked about her past, and opened up on how she abused hard drugs like marijuana and codeine.
The actress made the disclosure at the 2017 edition of Success Story Africa, held at the TLC Auditorium, Lagos, on Sunday.
“You need to stop bad habits. I was involved in a lot of vices and it became worse last year,” she said at the event.
“I did drugs and I am not ashamed to say it because it’s now a thing of the past. They say codeine makes you high; I took a lot. I smoked a lot and I didn’t even know I looked horrible, because I was so skinny.
“If you came to my house last year, you would meet a lot of people and you wont want to leave because we smoked, gossiped about people and what have you.”
The actress also revealed that she once hawked plantain chips to help feed her family.
She said growing up was not easy for her because her family was not financially buoyant, although things worked out for them because they worked hard and were “spiritually buoyant”.
She also talked about the mistakes she has made in the entertainment industry and how she has not let the negativity shape her.
“I made a lot of mistakes when I began acting and that was because I did not have plans. I just wanted to be known.
“But, I now know that being popular isn’t the same thing as being successful. When I got into the industry and the fame became too much, I became irresponsible.
“I could not boast of N1 million in 2016. I was making money and I wanted to feel among. When one of our colleagues bought a car, it was trouble because we all strove to buy the same car or a bigger one.
“I had to change my circle for good and this change started in March 2017.”
Previously called Toyin Aimakhu, the actress changed her name to Toyin Abraham in December 2016.
The well-attended event also featured inspiring speeches by ace comedian, Bovi Ugboma; and Commissioner for Information, Ogun State, Dayo Adeneye, among other speakers.

U.S President, Donald Trump Refers To Africans And Haitians As People From Sh*thole Countries

President of the United States, Donald Trump has come under fire for lamenting the immigration status of some countries in the temporary protected status and saying they are from shi*thole countries.
The president made this statement during immigration negotiations on Thursday with lawmakers in the Oval Office, according to The Washington Post., Fox News, CNN and a host of other media reports.
Trump allegedly said:
“Why are we having all these people from s—hole countries come here?”
The president was referring to people from Haiti, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras and African countries in the temporary protected status program, a source in the meeting told Fox News.
Trump reportedly grew frustrated with lawmakers who floated restoring protections for immigrations from these countries and nation as part of an immigration agreement.
About a dozen people, both Republicans and Democrats, were in the room at the time he made this statement. And according to a source, a lot of them gasped at Trump’s statement.
The president also suggested the United States should admit more people from countries like Norway instead of people from the sh*thole countries.
Trump had met with Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg and held a news conference with her Wednesday. In a statement, the White House did not deny Trump made the comments.
Raj Shah, the principal deputy White House press secretary said:
“Certain Washington politicians choose to fight for foreign countries, but President Trump will always fight for the American people”.
Democrats reacted by accusing the president of racism.
“As an American, I am ashamed of the president,” said Illinois Democratic Rep. Luis Gutiérrez. “His comments are disappointing, unbelievable, but not surprising. We always knew that president Trump doesn’t like people from certain countries or people or certain colors.”
Some Republicans also voiced their disapproval. Florida Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinenm said:
“Language like that shouldn’t be heard in locker rooms and it shouldn’t be heard in the White House.”

More Bloodshed On The Way – Herdsmen Association Assures Benue State Governor

Barely 48 hours after the mass burial of 73 victims of the recent herdsmen attacks in Benue, the National Vice President of Miyetti Allah Cattle Herders Association, Husaini Yusuf Bosso, has warned that more blood will be shed in the state if the anti-grazing law introduced by Governor Samuel Ortom is not completely scrapped.
According to him, the herders have been sorting out their issues with farmers in the state before the Ortom government enacted the anti-grazing law without consulting stakeholders.
“We, the association wrote a letter to him, even met him. We told him that this law cannot work. We told them that there is an international cattle route from Niger to Eastern Nigeria.
He said he will not allow cattle to pass through Benue state even if it is the cattle route. We told him that if he wants to implement that law, he must provide a land for us to rent.
He did not provide any land for cattle herders. They have been in that state even before colonial days and co-existing peacefully. We advised him and he refused to listen to us.
We are not against that law but he has to provide a land for these people before implementing such a law. If there is no land, there is a problem.”
He accused the land guards hired by the state government of terrorizing the herdsmen in the name of implementing the law. “The land guards that he introduced who we all know as the civilian Joint Task Force, they are inflicting pain on the Fulani herdsmen.
They attack and seize their animals. They drag them to the nearest police station where huge amount of money is collected before they are granted bail. This is the cause of this problem. If you attack a cattle herder and collect his cattle, he has no choice but to attack.
“The law is saying that herdsmen should not pass through the state even if it’s a route to another area. In the past , if there was damage by the cattle , we had ways to settle the matter.
When you damage a farm, you have to beg the owner , if they refuse, you pay for the damages. This has worked for us for years till Benue State decided to implement the anti-grazing law.
We have challenged the law in court and till court decides which way forward, Governor Ortom will be held responsible for any further bloodshed. ”
He further alleged that the group as a major stakeholder was not consulted when the law was being debated. “The Nigerian constitution says that everyone has the freedom to do business anywhere in Nigeria.
Before you make a law, the state assembly is supposed to organize a public hearing. They did not invite anyone of us. The major stakeholders were not there. They just heard from one side. There should be a public hearing.
“After signing the law, he invited the Miyetti Allah group and we told him not to implement the law. We told him to provide the land for these people and he refused. They started attacking them, collecting their animals, collecting money from them and that led to the crisis.
“The Tiv people who are crying foul, has anyone checked how many Fulani they have killed? We don’t know who is responsible for the recent killing and that should be left for the security agencies to fish out the culprits.
Luckily earlier in the week some civilian JTF were arrested with sophisticated guns. We are ready to tell our own side of the story so that the world will hear us.
“The Fulani, their animals are dying. Before any reprisal attack, they must have killed so many Fulani and their cows. We drew the attention of the government to those killings and no step was taken to punish those that were involved.”
On the way forward, Bosso called on the federal government to intervene. “We should ban the law. Benue state government has no land that they can give out.
The Tivs are not ready to give out their lands. Most of the people now travel out of the state to farm. If they are serious to implement that law, let them provide land for these people first. If not, it will not work.”
On alleged rising number of Fulani herdsmen who are into crime, Bosso said that a committee has been set up to reach out to them to stop such act.
“Some Fulani herdsmen have lost thousands of cattle to rustlers. Unfortunately, most of the Fulani are trained to do only one job which is cattle rearing.
We have a committee with responsibility to reach out to them. The fact remains that most of our people have fallen victim.
They will kidnap their family members and force them to pay huge ransom. Most of us do not have access to journalists to tell our story and silently they victimize them.”

Jeff Bezos’ net worth was $99 billion on New Year’s Day 2018. However within one week, his networth had increased to almost $105 billion, making the Amazon founder and CEO richer than Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates had ever been.

Bezos’ wealth is based mostly on his ownership of Amazon stock. And Amazon shares have climbed steeply in 2018. On Friday, Amazon stock rose by more than 2%, topping $1,305 per share. That’s up from around $1,170 at the start of 2018.

200-level Uniabuja student stabbed to death by his mother’s rival

Tragedy struck yesterday in the refuse dump area of Kubwa , Abuja, after a woman, Rukayat Abdulkareem , allegedly killed her rival’s son.
The incident happened at about 10 pm.
Rukayat was said to have stabbed, Awal Sani, during an altercation with his mother.
Awal, 18, a 200 level Statistics student of University of Abuja, was said to have tried to calm Rukayat when she insulted his mother.
It was learnt that Awal was billed to resume school on Monday, January 15, 2018.
A younger brother to the late Awal’s mother, who lives with them, recalled the incident saying: “Around 10 to 10:30pm yesterday, I heard someone banging on the door, I came outside and asked her what she wanted and she said she was looking for her husband. I know the woman, they were living close to us here in Pipeline before they packed to Kaduna road.
I told her that i would check and see if I can call the husband for her, I went inside, I met my sister and informed her that the man’s wife was outside looking for him. My sister said she was going to meet the woman, i tried to stop her, i told her she was not the one the woman came for but she insisted so i followed her cause i didn’t want any problem.
“We met the woman and then I realised that if they start talking, it may result to another thing. So, I asked my sister to go inside while I went to Pipeline Police Station; I invited a policeman, he asked the woman what the problem was; she said she was here to see her husband. The policeman asked her to follow him to the station so she can write a statement and they will return to pick her husband but she said she was not going anywhere so the policeman left.
“I went inside the house and the next thing I heard was that they had stabbed Awal, I rushed out, we did all we could to save him, we rushed him to the hospital and the doctor confirmed him dead and we brought him back home. She had left when i rushed out but the vigilante security men caught and brought her later and kept her till the police arrived”.
One of Awal’s friends, who asked not to be named also recalled his last moments saying: “I have known him for about ten years. Last night, we were sitting outside together, I was lifting weight under the tree, he came outside and met me and said he wanted to go and change his phone(from a man he bought it from). We went there and the man asked us to return today to get the phone we want, we walked back home, bought suya on the way and sat on the bench under the tree chatting about how he was getting ready to return to school.
As we sat there, a slim woman who covered her head with a veil walked past us, i greeted her the islamic way, (As-salamu alaykum )but she did not respond. Awal later went in to sleep but I stayed back still lifting my weight, after a while, the woman came back, she had been hiding behind the mosque next to the building, she flashed her phone torch in my direction but I ignored her and continued with what I was doing, she then opened the back door of the car and sat in the back seat, she was still inside the car when I went to my own house to sleep.
I was trying to sleep around 11pm when my brother came to call me to come outside, that they have stabbed my friend, I rushed outside and saw him in a pool of his own blood with his mother trying to control the blood. W we rushed him to a General Hospital; we have all been crying since 11pm last night, his mother even fainted twice”.
Awal’s sister, Fatima Sani, a Higher National Diploma (HND II) student of Abdul Gusau Polytechnic in Zamfara State, was also stabbed by Rukayat said: “A woman (Rukayat Abdulkareem) came here yesterday and claimed to have issues with my mother. She was busy insulting my mother outside, my mom came out and requested that a policeman should be called for her.
They called the policeman, he came and the woman was invited to follow them to their station but she declined and said she was not going to follow them because she did not have any issue with them. Right there and then, the policeman said since she refused to follow them to the station, whatever happens to her is at her own risk. Unknown to us that she already had her plan well cooked.
She was still there insulting my mother, my junior brother, Awal got provoked and went to ask why the woman was insulting his mother despite not getting response from my mother and of course that is expected of a real son who is not a bastard but before we knew it, he was stabbed directly in the heart.
I went out to see what was happening and she also stabbed me on my palm and I was also lost lots of blood. My mom who happened to be a nurse tried to run all her first aid but it was not working, we rushed him to General Hospital and by the time we got there, the doctors confirmed him dead.
Contacted, the spokesman of FCT Police Command, Mr. Anjuguri Manzah, a Deputy Supretendent of Police(DSP) said the case had been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID)for discreet investigation.
”We have received the complaint and the case has been transferred to Command CID for discreet investigation. The suspects including the alleged killer and the husband are also in our custody”.

Remove Me From Your Mailing List – Daddy Freeze To RCCG

Controversial media personality, has taken to Instagram to blast The Redeemed Christian Church of God, over a message sent to him.
According to Daddy Freeze, he is not a member of the church, yet, they keep sending him mails from there.
Sharing a screenshot of the mail, he wrote;
Dear city of David, kindly remove me from your mailing list.

I’m not a member of your church, neither do I share your philosophy of praying for what developed nations work for and have largely achieved.

According to the RCCG website, you people have circa 33,000 branches. If you turned 10,000 of those branches into factories, you won’t need to pray and fast to ‘fulfill purpose’.

If another 10,000 were dedicated to ‘FREE EDUCATION’ less prayers would be dedicated to fulfilling purpose.

If the redeemed church made their schools FREE OF CHARGE AT LEAST FOR THEIR MEMBERS, it would be much easier for them to find their purpose and fulfill it!

I once took my kids to your primary school and I was told it was about 500k a term, do I need to say more?

Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Mark Zuckerberg and the nations of China and UAE are fulfilling their purpose through hard work, innovation and charity, NOT PRAYER, emulate them!

Why 50 days of fasting and prayer? Even Jesus himself fasted only 40days…. The one you people prayed and fasted last year, how far had it taken the body of Christ? Or the nation as a whole?

Nigeria is predominantly christian with 51% of the population being christian, does it show? The richest nation on earth per capita is Qatar and it’s a Muslim nation, out of the top 8 wealthiest countries on earth per capita, 4 are Muslim nations and one is Buddhist, the only christian nations that made the list are predominantly Catholic. NOT ONE COUNTRY THAT IS PREDOMINANTLY PENTECOSTAL MADE IT TO TGE LIST AND THIS IS WHY!

While you dedicate 50days to praying and fasting, they are building their nation and would eventually lend us money!

A few days ago, Bill Gates came to bail us out by paying our $76million bill and you are here praying for fulfillment of purpose? ~FRZ
