Shocking: A month after wedding, Nigerian man discovers his pregnant wife, is carrying her boyfriend’s pregnancy.

A heartbroken Nigerian man has cried out on Social media after discovering the relationship between his newly wedded wife and her ex-boyfriend.

Apparently, the man Identified as Abogoh Luckyo on Facebook discovered that his months-old wife’s pregnancy isn't his, but for her ex-boyfriend.. and his wife has been communicating with the ex-boyfriend, professing her love for the man.

In one of the posts, he wrote;

“I can’t believe that this is happening to me. This world is really a wicked place! Her parents knew that their Daughter’s Boyfriend had gotten her pregnant yet they hid the information from me and duped hard me and my hard earned money into getting married to their daughter, only to start peresuading me to undergo some goat-killing rituals so that all will be normal. Evil in this world is too much. Thank God I refused to do such Devil’s sacrifices”.

Lucky had earlier shared a thank you note in December, thanking his family, bride’s family, friends and colleagues for gracing his wedding.

Thailand’s Immigration police have arrested four Nigerians and one Cameroon man and cha,ged them with operating an online romance scam to deceive Thai women into wiring them money.

Immigration Police Bureau commissioner, Pol Lt-General Sutthipong Wongpin at a press conference on Friday that their arrest came after police received complaints from several Thai women who reported that foreigners they knew had been unlawfully detained at airports on their way to visit the women.


Police checked and found no such foreigners and realized that the women had been deceived. An investigation discovered the location of the alleged gangsters and police raided an apartment on Soi Lardprao 134 in Bangkok’s Bang Kapi district on January 10.

Sutthipong said several of the men fled by using ropes to lower themselves from the balcony of the apartment building. The suspects had prepared ropes in case police raided their room, Sutthipong said.

Police seized five notebook computers and eight mobile phones during the raid. A check of the computers revealed connections to the Cameroonian and police arrested him at a condominium in Nonthaburi’s Pakkret district on January 15.

Police also confiscated two notebook computers, nine mobile phones, two ATM cards and a bankbook from him.

The four accused Nigerians were identified as Ikemefuna Oliver Ibekwe, 26, Ogochukwu Iduh, 28, Osaratin Irabor, 36, and Vitus Nwokemodo, 31 and the Cameroonian as John Nji, all five have denied any wrongdoing.

Sutthipong said police have strong evidence against them from computer chat logs.

Tragedy as Night Fire Razes 5 Duplexes in Gowon Estate, Lagos (Photo)

Fire on Friday night gutted three duplexes on 34 Road, B Close of Gowon Estate, Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Egbada, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports, adding that there was no casualty recorded in the inferno.

An eyewitness, who spoke to NAN, said that the fire was first noticed at about 7.15pm in one of the duplexes before spreading to others.


He said that an occupant in one of duplexes, who had just returned, opened the door and met the raging fire, immediately raised an alarm which attracted neighbours and sympathisers.

According to the witness, the bewildered occupant’s action quickly attracted more sympathisers’ who ran helter-skelter in assisting to put-off the fire, but their efforts were not enough. But the arrival and efforts of a combined team of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) and State Fire Service officials to the scene helped to quench the fire.

Some of the residents, who also spoke to NAN, commended the early arrival of the LASEMA personnel, saying that they got to the scene 30 minutes after being called.

“They came with five trucks, all with sufficient water that tackled the inferno before it was finally put-off,’’ the Community Development Association (CDA) Chairman," Mr Nathanel Okoro, said.

He also praised the DPO of the Gowon Estate Police Station, Mr Adeniyi Adedeji, for personally leading his team to the scene to provide security. “Although the LASEMA official did not know the location of the fire incident if not for the assistance of the police who escorted them,’’ he said.

A LASEMA officer, who identified himself as Mr Olaolu Odufuwa, told NAN that the cause of the fire could not be ascertained immediately. The estate had also recorded a late night inferno on Nov. 28, 2017, which gutted five of eight shops attached to a Union Bank building on 411 Road Junction.

According to sources present, just before the singer’s mom began sharing her testimony, the congregation was already screaming and Simi’s mom had to keep the congregation quiet in order to be heard.

She was full of great excitement as she showed off her ring to the whole church. Well today, the singer’s mum walked down the aisle and Simi played Chief Bridesmaid role at the event.

According to media personnel from Omoku in Rivers state, Osiah Chinedu Ojukwu, another notorious criminal identified as Oluchi Excellent Mark Igwedibia popularly known as Obata Osu, has been declared wanted by security operatives in the state.

The suspect said to be very dangerous is reportedly the younger brother serial kidnapper and mass murderer Johnson Igwedibia a.k.a Don Wanny.
Wanny allegedly masterminded the killings of 23 worshipers on New Year’s Day, in Omoku, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers.

Wanny and his second-in-command, Ikechukwu Adiele, and another suspected gang member, Lucky Ode were killed by security forces in Enugu and their corpses paraded at 6 Division Nigerian Army Port Harcourt on January 7.

The girls who were born on December 21 have already been christened and named Olivia Mei Vujicic and Ellie Laurel Vujicic.

Again, South African Police Shoot Dead Young Nigerian Man

The Nigerian community in South Africa has alleged that a 27-year old member, Ebuka Okori, was killed by the police in Durban in the early hours of Friday.

Mr Bartholomew Eziagulu, the Chairman of the Nigerian Union chapter in Kwazulu Natal Province of South Africa, disclosed from Durban that the victim was a native of Umunze in Orumba North Local Government of Anambra.


He said that an eyewitness informed the union that two police officers in mufti forcefully gained access to the victim`s house at Campbell Street in Durban at 2.am on Friday. According to him, the officers immediately demanded money from Okori.

“When he refused, he was handcuffed, taken outside and shot dead. The officers took away his cell phone, e-passport and other valuable documents. “The relative of the victim was tortured and robbed of his belongings while a third victim, a South African, was also robbed,” he said.

Eziagulu said that the Okori`s brother escaped from the house and called for help.

“The Metro Police around the vicinity swiftly intervened and picked the vehicle number of the assailants,” he said.

Eziagulu said that police detectives and another special police team which investigates complaints against their colleagues had been assisting to arrest the culprits.

Mr Adetola Olubajo, the President of the Nigerian Union in South Africa, said that the national secretariat had been informed about the incident.

He said that the union was monitoring the situation and had informed the Nigerian Mission and the South African police.
