Impossible! This Seriously Obese Baby is Just 8-months-old But She Already Weighs as Much as a 4-year-old (Photos)

Chahat Kumar

Doctors have confessed that they have no idea how Chahat Kumar, an eight-month-old baby came to weigh the same as a child of four.

According to Metro UK, Chahat Kumar was born an average weight, but as the months went on she ballooned to become morbidly obese, now weighing almost three stone.

Her parents in Punjab, India, have taken her to the doctor to try to help her, but medical staff have found it hard to take blood samples because of the levels of fat and because her skin is harder than that of other children.

Photographs taken on March 22 show her at home, playing and with family members.

Her parents don’t know what has caused her daughter’s insatiable appetite, saying she eats as if she were much older. ‘When Chahat was born, she was completely normal,’ her dad Suraj Kumar, 23, said.

‘Then, slowly we saw that her weight was shooting up. ‘Her weight is increasing day by day.’

Her mum Reena, 21, said: ‘Before Chahat, we had a son who died, and then Chahat was born. I am concerned about her health.’ ‘She doesn’t eat like a normal kid. She keeps eating all the time. If we don’t give her anything to eat, she starts crying. ‘She cries to go out but her weight is too much and we are not able to pick her up. So we only take her to nearby places.’

Her condition is affecting her as it is making it more difficult for her to eat and sleep. ‘It’s not our fault. God gave this condition to her,’ Suraj said.

‘It’s not in our hands. I feel bad when some people laugh at her for being fat.’

The family doctor Vasudev Sharma said they had tried ‘many times’ to do a blood test but: ‘Her skin is so hard that we can’t ever diagnose her condition.’

He recommended the family see a pediatric specialist in Amritsar but so far they have been unable to afford to go.

Heartbreaking! Jonathan's Ex-Chief Security Officer, Godwin Obuah Dies at the Abuja Hospital (Photo)

Obuah at the hospital

Goodluck Jonathan's former chief security officer, Godwin Obuah, is dead.

A source disclosed the heartbreaking news exclusively to TheCable News, saying he died at the National Hospital, Abuja, after suffering “massive heart attack”.

Recall that the Department of State Services (DSS) had arrested Obuah two months after his principal left power. He was detained at the headquarters of the agency. To protest his detention, Obuah embarked on hunger strike.

The secret police released him after his lawyer raised the alarm over his health condition. He later fell ill.

Unbelievable! Meet the Die-Hard Female Burglar Who Broke Into 29 Homes While She Was Heavily Pregnant (Photo)

Emily Gwembe and her baby

Emily Gwembe, an unrepentant female Zimbabwean burglar who tasted freedom last year through Presidential pardon will return to prison after she was recently slapped with a 12-year jail term by a Mutare magistrate on 29 counts of unlawful entry.

According to The Manica Post, the jail bird gave detectives a hard time to document all her cases resulting in the police applying for a warrant for further detention which was duly granted.

Emily Gwembe (34) of House 4428 Area C, Dangamvura, Zimbabwe was convicted on her own guilty plea to all counts when she appeared before Mr Lazarus Murendo last Friday. She was being charged for contravening Section 131 (1) as read with Section 131 (2) (a) of the Criminal Law Codification and Reform Act.

Surprisingly, she committed most of her crimes while heavily pregnant and when she was finally arrested and brought before the courts she had a two-week old baby.

As soon as she got out of prison last year through the Presidential Amnesty, Gwembe got back to her old ways. She duplicated keys to people’s houses and stole property in broad day light.

Using the same modus operandi she pounced on many houses and in no time police in Mutare Urban District received overwhelming unlawful entry reports. Gwembe, who was holding her baby in court, pleaded for forgiveness, saying she continued with her old habit in order to fend for her family.

Mr Murendo could have none of her pleas. He said the suspect deserved nothing else but a custodial sentence as she had proved to be an unrepentant habitual criminal who committed a series of offences soon after being released from prison last year.

“The offences you committed are of a serious nature and cannot be forgiven that easily. You pounced on unsuspecting residents and stole their valuables. "The only option is a custodial sentence as you still need to reform from your wayward ways. Your behaviour is not expected to be coming from a woman and therefore the need to warn other young ladies out there who might be seeing you as a role model,” said Mr Murendo.

Public prosecutor, Mr Fletcher Karombe, told the court that Gwembe stole property valued at more than $10 000 from 29 different houses in Dangamvura, Chikanga and Hob-house high density suburbs.

The court heard that sometime in August last year Pamela Matovanyika from Hob-house left home after locking doors to her house. The suspect came and used a duplicate key to open the main door. She gained entry and stole blankets, groceries and cash amounting to $1 210. She disappeared without being noticed. At some instances she broke locked doors and windows using an iron bar.

“In September last year she used an iron bar to break into Tafadzwa Mandimutsira’s house in Hobhouse and stole property worth $400,” said Mr Karombe.

When asked how she executed the break-ins Gwembe said she would take time to observe her victim’s lifestyle and later steal their keys which she duplicated. With no one at home, she pounced and stole property.

US President Donald Trump Drops the 'Most Powerful Bomb' on Afghanistan (See Photo)

President Donald Trump

The United States dropped a massive GBU-43 bomb, the largest non-nuclear bomb it has ever used in combat, in eastern Afghanistan on Thursday against a series of caves used by Islamic State militants, the military said.

It was the first time the United States has used this size of bomb in a conflict.

It was dropped from a MC-130 aircraft in the Achin district of Nangarhar province, close to the border with Pakistan, Pentagon spokesman Adam Stump said.

A photo of the most powerful bomb in the world

Also known as the "mother of all bombs," the GBU-43 is a 21,600 pound (9,797 kg) GPS-guided munition and was first tested in March 2003, just days before the start of the Iraq war.

General John Nicholson, the head of U.S. and international forces in Afghanistan, said the bomb was used against caves and bunkers housing fighters of the Islamic State in Afghanistan, also known as ISIS-K.

“This is the right munition to reduce these obstacles and maintain the momentum of our offensive against ISIS-K,” Nicholson said in a statement.

It was not immediately clear how much damage the bomb did.

Up to about five persons have been killed at Abaji market, in Katsina Ala Local Government of Benue State on Wednesday when some gunmen stormed the market and shot sporadically at sight.

According to Punch Metro, many people were said to have sustained serious gun injuries during the melee that accompanied the attack. The attack came barely three weeks after some gunmen invaded Zaki Biam in Ukum Local Government Area of the state, where about 52 persons were killed.

Katsina Ala and Ukum local government areas are in the same axis controlled by a most wanted person in the state, Terwase Akwasa, aka ‘Gana.’

Sources said Abaji market is one of the major economic hubs of Katsina-Ala council, and activities in the market was said to be at its peak when some gunmen stormed the place in a Toyota car and fired at the people.

An eye witness told our correspondent that some unidentified persons had, on the eve of the market, set several houses in the community ablaze and escaped.

He said, “Some unidentified persons had, on the eve of the market day (Wednesday), sneaked into our village and set some houses ablaze and land ran away, leaving many inhabitants in fear. “Later, some gunmen stormed the market at its peak and shot sporadically into the midst of the people, leaving several persons critically injured and five killed at the time of talking to you.”

However, Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Moses Yamu, who confirmed the incident, said, “Only one person was killed, with three others left with gun injuries.”

He added that the residence of the traditional ruler of the community, Tor Abaji, was also torched; adding, “The incident was more of a reprisal attack for the previous burning of a house in the village.”

The corpses of the victims were said to have been taken to the morgue of the General Hospital, Katsina-Ala, just as the wounded victims were receiving treatment in the same hospital.

Europa League Result: Anderlecht 1-1 Man United

Manchester United were left ruing missed chances as Leander Dendoncker’s late header salvaged a draw for Anderlecht and changed the complexion of the teams’ Europa League quarter-final tie.

The 21-year-old got in front of Matteo Darmian to arrow home an equaliser with the Belgian side’s first effort on goal four minutes from time.

United had seemed to have subdued the hosts with Henrikh Mkhitaryan tapping in from a tight angle after Marcus Rashford’s shot was spilt in the first half.

But the Armenian side-footed wide when well placed after the break and Paul Pogba fired into the shins of goalkeeper Martinez Ruben to leave Jose Mourinho’s side vulnerable to the sucker punch that Dendoncker landed in style.

African Migrants Sold In Libya Slave Market... See Details

Some migrants in Libya

Africans trying to reach Europe are being sold by their captors in "slave markets" in Libya, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) says.

Victims told IOM that after being detained by people smugglers or militia groups, they were taken to town squares or car parks to be sold.

Migrants with skills like painting or tiling would fetch higher prices, the head of the IOM in Libya told the BBC. Libya has been in chaos since the 2011 Nato-backed ousting of Muammar Gaddafi. Hundreds of young sub-Saharan African men have been caught up in the so-called slave markets, according to the IOM report.

Migrants 'forced to starve'

A Senegalese migrant, who was not named to protect his identity, said that he had been sold at one such market in the southern Libyan city of Sabha, before being taken to a makeshift prison where more than 100 migrants were being held hostage.

He said that migrants held at the facility were told to call their families, who would be asked for money to pay for their release, and some were beaten while on the phone to allow relatives to hear them being tortured.

He described "dreadful" conditions where migrants were forced to survive on limited food supplies, with those unable to pay either killed or left to starve, the report adds.

Another witness, who was able to raise the funds needed for his release after nine months, was later taken to hospital with severe malnutrition, weighing just 5.5 stone (35 kg).

Women, too, were bought by private Libyan clients and brought to homes where they were forced to be s*x slaves, the witness said. The IOM's chief of mission for Libya, Othman Belbeisi, told the BBC that those sold into slavery found themselves priced according to their abilities.

"Apparently they don't have money and their families cannot pay the ransom, so they are being sold to get at least a minimum benefit from that," he said. "The price is definitely different depending on your qualifications, for example if you can do painting or tiles or some specialised work then the price gets higher."

An IOM staff member in Niger said they confirmed the reports of auctions in Libya with several other migrants who had escaped. "They all confirmed the risks of been sold as slaves in squares or garages in Sabha, either by their drivers or by locals who recruit the migrants for daily jobs in town, often in construction. "Later, instead of paying them, [they] sell their victims to new buyers."

Some migrants, mainly Nigerians, Ghanaians and Gambians are forced to work "as guards in the ransom houses or in the 'market' itself", the IOM employee added. The organisation has called the emergence of these markets "a disturbing new trend in the already dire situation for migrants in Libya".

In February, the UN children's agency Unicef released a report documenting - in sometimes horrific detail - stories of slavery, violence and sexual abuse experienced by large numbers of vulnerable children travelling from Libya to Italy.

The report, A Deadly Journey for Children, said that almost 26,000 children - most of them unaccompanied - crossed the Mediterranean in 2016, many of them suffering abuse at the hands of smugglers and traffickers.

Tens of thousands of migrants arrived in Italy last year by sea, crossing from North Africa. But before they reach the jumping-off point in Libya, many migrants will have undertaken a perilous journey of up to six days across the Sahara in extreme temperatures.

Beautiful TV Presenter in Trouble After Publicly Admitting She Also Works as a Prostitute (Photos)

Senada Nurkic, a popular TV presenter has been sacked after admitting moonlighting as a prostitute. However, she says her politician lover will save her from jail.

According to The Sun UK, the former reality star presented The Mighty Program on popular Serbian channel, Pink. Prostitution is currently illegal in Serbia but the pretty brunette insists she has nothing to fear thanks to her politician boyfriend.

She said: “I am not afraid of jail. Those who want to lock me in prison are the ones who help me pay the bills and earn money that I need to live. “I have a boyfriend who is a politician and he will not allow my arrest. He protects me and will not allow me to be sentenced in any way.”

A Pink spokesperson confirmed the axing of the show without acknowledging that Nurkic’s second career was the cause of it, though the decision comes just a month after her admission of being a s*x worker.

The spokesperson said: “Although the show was of an entertainment character without any intention to insult or humiliate anyone, and had good ratings, the management of the station made a decision to stop transmitting it.

“The reason is numerous complaints from the viewers who think that the show doesn’t belong on national TV. Because TV shows exist for the viewers and their wishes are important, the owners Zeljko and Milica Mitrovic respected their wishes and stopped the show.”

According to local media, the complaints were mostly because of Nurkic’s rude behaviour and dirty talk.

Senada said of being a s*x worker: “Prostitution is a job like any other job. I don’t see anything wrong with it. “I have to sell my body in order to survive, and to help them with money. I don’t see anything wrong in doing it.”

Senada insists she is picky with who she allows near her, claiming only handsome and non-famous men can pay for her services.

She said: “I am used mainly by businessmen. When their wives are not at home, I come to their parties, have s*x with them in the flat, and sometimes they come to my place.

“Basically, my clients are beautiful and handsome men. Some girls can only dream about that, I swear to you. Besides the money they pay me, they also give me some expensive gifts, such as perfume and s*xy underwear.”

She reportedly asks for £400 for s*x with one man and £800 for group s*x.

Senada adopted the name of Maca Diskrecia – which means ‘P**** Discretion’ – as a performing name.
