Security Operatives in Umuahia foiled an attempt by a group of students to murder their fellow student in a polytechnic in Aba. The arrested suspects who are students of the same polytechnic, were at logger heads with the victim they intended to kill. According to Abia Facts, luck ran out of them when the security operatives attached to the school requested to search one of the killers bag and a locally manufactured pistol was found inside.
It was learnt that their grand plan was to kill their target while he is writing examination in the class and escape, but unfortunately for them they were apprehended. They were paraded yesterday at Abia State Police headquarters in Umuahia.
