Agada Christopher is said to have lost his
phone, money and laptop after sleeping with a prostitute. A
prosecutor, Sgt. Samuel Okoro revealed that Christopher had personally
reported the alleged loss to the police on April 29. Sgt. Samuel
said: “When the complainant slept off, the accused made away with his
laptop valued at N130,000, LG Tecno phone and Nokia phone all valued at N96,000
and N72,000 cash. She took the items without the consent of the
complainant’s, thereby contravening Section 288 of the Penal Code,’’
Okoro said that during
investigation, the accused confessed to committing the crime. Hussaina Hassan
pleaded not guilty to the charges but Magistrate Habila Abundaga, granted
bail to the accused in the sum of N300,000 with one surety in like sum.
