The general overseer of Church of God Mission International, Bishop Feb Idahosa, who shared the story on his Instagram page, noted that there were no casualties. He expressed that there would be a thanksgiving service to thank God for the survival of the five people in the vehicle.
Idahosa wrote:
Please join me in Thank You Jesus for miraculously saving the life of Bishop John Bienose this last weekend. “He was returning from a Bishops’ meeting and heading to his son Joshua’s wedding when his back tire blew and the car overturned a few times.
They were 5 in the car including him, the father of the groom and the sister of the bride. It would have been a different story this morning.
But instead we are having a thanksgiving service at CGMI Woji, Port Harcourt. If you’re in town, please join us. #Thanksgiving #GodsProtection #Safety#ThankYouJesus.
