See The Face Forensic Scientists Reveal Jesus Would Have Actually Had
Forensic scientists have revealed the photo above as what Jesus actually looked like. They say it’s based on what they believe an average man of Jesus’ time, place and background looked like. They admit this reconstructed face is not the definite face of Jesus but that it was a more accurate representation of the real Jesus, unlike the everyday images we usually see to be Jesus.

To create the image, forensic scientists first made a model using computer analysis of a first century Semite skull from the Galilee region in northern Israel. This is where the face gets its features and shape from. As for the skin colour, it was chosen based on paintings of Semites during that era and from that region. Forensic anthropologists finally relied on clues from the Bible to decide what hair to give their model.

They settled on one chapter which described long hair on a man as ‘a disgrace’, so they went with short hair- which was appropriate to men of the age. 1 Corinthians, written by the apostle Paul, settled the matter: In one chapter, he mentions having seen Jesus - then later describes long hair on a man as disgraceful.

For Neave and his team, this settled the issue. Jesus, as drawings from the first century depict, would have had short hair, appropriate to men of the time.
