World-renowned Mexican journalist, Carlos Loret de Mola claims this is the first picture of the notorious cartel boss inside his cell at the maximum-security Altiplano prison.
El Chapo became the world's most wanted man when he escaped from the same prison in July through a mile-long underground tunnel in what was his second jail break from the facility.
