According to the Facebook user who shared the photos, the goat which has a face like that of a human was seen dumped in a refuse heap in Kano, as residents were left in shock. Seems like the goat was already dead before being dumped. There is no scientific explanation yet about the weird look of the goat. See more photos after the cut.
