SUPOL Patrick Onwu, who was the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of Ikenne police division in Ogun State until recently is now in a mess, after he allowed his "big" rank to beclouded his senses and descended on a dutiful female police inspector [traffic warden], Anifat Bello, for daring to stop his private vehicle after he allegedly disobeyed traffic regulations.
