Freaky Friday!! Why Do Muslims Ask Their Women To Stay Behind During Prayer?

As we all know that today is Jumat service, so it came to my notice Muslim men stay at the front during prayers while the women are asked to stay behind.
Someone said it is a form of discrimination.
