John seemed to love the experience, and was soon smiling and posing for photos with the huge creature.
But his nephew Cameron De Jong spotted something embarrassing.
Understandably distracted by the crocodile, John hadn’t noticed that his private parts had popped out of his swimming shorts and were on display for everyone to see.
His nephew told NT News : “I got out the phone to get some photos and he started kicking his legs and I could see his bloody nuts.”
He tried to get a message to his uncle inside the cage, but with no luck.
So he decided to do the only thing he could – take photos of the hilarious moment.
Luckily John saw the funny side of it, and he now has some rather unusual photos to remember the special day.
