Tottenham
Hotspur are set to launch an impressive £8m (about N2.5bn) bid to land Chelsea
and Nigerian winger Victor Moses.
Moses is
away in Canada with the Blues for pre-season but the 24-year-old wide man is
wanted at the White Hart Lane as Spurs look to have more reliable options on
the wings with the impending exit of Andros Townsend this summer.
Though
initial reports indicated that Coach Jose Mourinho wanted Moses to stay for the
upcoming season at Stamford Bridge; the latest twist is that Chelsea may be
more receptive towards an offer should they be able to land Barcelona winger
Pedro in the coming weeks.
Recall that Moses was on loan at Stoke City last season where he did shine despite limited opportunities owing to injuries, Mark Hughes wants him back but whether he will go back
