Scott Stockert was arrested after Secret Service agents found firearms in his truck, together with hundreds of rounds of ammunition, a machete and a club,
Scott planned to take Bo, one of the two Portuguese dogs owned by the first family.
He has since being charged with possession of an unregistered firearm and ordered to stay away from the White House and the Capitol.
Asides referring to himself as Jesus Stockert also claims his parents were John F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe.
