When you fail to do the needful at the right time, the next is to try and justify yourself; life goes on...
OAP Toke Makinwa has spoken up about her marriage to estranged husband Maje Ayida. She went online to introduce her next Vlog over the weekend - Before You Say I Do - and address her issues.
Her words: “I won’t lie since my personal life suffered a public setback last year, talking about relationships left me feeling a type of way, kind of like I failed at mine so who am I to talk?”
The 31-year-old’s Radio/TV presenter's marriage crumbled last year after her husband Ayida put his mistress in the family way.
Some had thought that she won't allow that see the end of her marriage, even on her birthday last year, Ayida sent her a loving note which she responded to and they were seen together at the Future Awards.
But one of Toke's recent posted - “I am single” - indicated that all was still not well.
So, in her latest Vlog she said, “I am getting comfortable again in my own growth and I am learning as I go so we can all learn together... We are the sum of our experiences so I am no longer ashamed, I have been given a platform and it’s my duty to share.”
