Brave Woman Fights Off Attempted Rapist By Biting Off His Tongue

Attempted rapist, Antoine Miller

A woman has fought off a suspected sex attacker by biting off his tongue.

The victim, a woman, was allegedly set upon by the attacker, Antoine Miller last week, police say. The woman, who is 33, got out of bed to see who was at her door after hearing a few knocks. When she opened the door, 16 years old Miller eventually appeared holding a 13-inch knife, it is claimed.

She tried to flee inside her house, but Miller is alleged to have forced his way in and punched her in the face several times.

In an attempt to begin his sexual assault, Miller shoved his tongue into the woman's mouth. The woman, fighting for her life, then began biting on his tongue and would not let go. According to the police report, the woman "bit his tongue as hard as she could until she heard it snap".

While the alleged attacker was desperately in pain, the woman fled the house and spat out his tongue. She then drove away for some minutes before calling the police.

And while officers began searching for the suspect, a local police station received a call from Miller's mother. The attacker's mum was concerned that her son had returned home covered in blood and with a chunk of his tongue missing, it is claimed. Police then moved in to arrest Miller.

It is unclear whether or not doctors will be able to reattach Miller's tongue.

Miller has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree assault, first-degree burglary, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and first-degree kidnapping.
