Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed that Sergio Aguero is fit to play in Manchester City’s Saturday night Premier League clash with Liverpool. Naijaloaded understands.
The diminutive Argentine was out for six weeks with a hamstring injury, but is now in contention to start on the bench against Liverpool as the race for the Premier League title continues to heat up.
Speaking during his pre-match conference, Pellegrini said:
“Sergio is fit – he’s ready to come back,” “David continues with some small sprain in his ankle, so it’s a risk for him to play. Unfortunately also, Samir Nasri is injured. Bony and Vincent Kompany are also injured.
