Terrified Burglars Take To Their Heels After The House They Went To Rob Began Talking To Them (Video)

Some burglars bust into a house to steal but got the shock of their lives when the house began to talk to them in the middle of the raid. The two suspected burglars were stopped in their tracks after allegedly breaking into a house - when the homeowner sent them a message over the sound system. CCTV images were later posted on Facebook by the New Jersey State Police after a break in at a home in Upper Pittsgrove, New Jersey in the US. Two men are believed to have entered the home before being greeted by the homeowner's two dogs. One dog wags its tail and greets the men while the other runs away. But as the men looked around the home, they were stopped in their tracks, when the homeowner's voice suddenly rings out over the PA system.

New Jersey State Police said in a statement: "You may have noticed that towards the end of the video, the suspects appear to be startled before quickly fleeing the home. "Well that's because the homeowner noticed the intruders remotely from surveillance . "Said homeowner was able to address said perps remotely. We shall not repeat what was said, but needless to say the burglars read the message loud and clear."

According to police, personal documents and jewellery have gone missing from the home. Police are now asking the public for help in identifying the men.
