It is not yet known who the shooters were, but many were left injured in the process. Christian Onwugbulo who shared the photos wrote: 'APC CELEBRATION AT ELELE TURN BLOODY AS FLY BULLETS HITS FOUR' APC candidate Magnus Abe won the Rivers South East senatorial district election in the state.
