Panic In Rivers As Armed Men Allegedly Stop Gov Wike From Entering INEC Office (Photos+Video)

Governor Nyesom Wike was stopped from entering INEC Office in the state 

There is trouble in Rivers state as governor Nyesom Wike along with Peoples Democratic Party supporters stormed the INEC office few hours ago but were prevented from entering the premises by security men.

According to reports, things got out of hand after a raging crowd stormed the INEC office in the state to allegely prevent the "manipulation of the election results by the INEC."

They were stopped by the security operatives from Abuja who blocked and prevented the governor and the crowd by all means from entering the collation center. It is alleged that the security officers who prevented Wike are working for Transport Minister, Rotimi Amaechi.

A footage posted online has captured the shocking incident. INEC officials are yet to announce the results of some important areas.

After much shouting and counter-shouting, the armed operatives can be heard shooting in the air with the governor's security solidly protecting him.
