A church in Jiayi, Taiwan built in the shape of a Cinderella-like glass shoe has created headlines ahead of its proposed opening prior to the Chinese New Year. Constructed almost entirely from glass, the main structure of the building took more than two months to be built. Hype surrounding the construction has already led to traffic jams nearby from curious commuters, GB Times reports.
Head of the project, Zheng Rongfeng, stated on January 7 that the church will be open to visitors before the Chinese New Year. He, however, did not reveal what would happen to the church at midnight. lolz.
