The popular Abuja prophet, Joshua Iginla of Champions Royal Assembly, who celebrated his birthday last week and gave out 32 luxury cars to Nollywood stars, has given a lifeline to veteran Nollywood actor, Elder Martins Njubuigbo who was diagnosed with liver disease.
The pastor gifted a cheque of N1 million to the ailing actor and said that an old man like that should not be subjected to public spectacle for assistance, and also promised to see what else he can do to assist him after recovery.
It would be recalled that movie director and actor, Ernest Obi shared the sad news on his Instagram page. He wrote: "Please help save ELDER MAYA'S life. ACTOR. POET. SINGER. an unrepentant THESPIAN.
MARTINS NJUBUIGBO fondly known as Elder Maya or Papa Labista is down with a chronic liver problem One million Naira is needed for immediate operation. Let's help save his life whilst he yet lives. Rather than celebrate him when he is gone.
