The report revealed that the police officer was drunk and had begun shooting around when a bullet caught the victim.
The young man had gone to Zenith Bank to withdraw money with his ATM card when the incident occurred. Now the family of the innocent man are pleading with the state authority to help them as they want justice.
They want the police commissioner, Inspector General and other appropriate bodies to take the matter up so that it won't be swept under the carpet.
