A disgraced police officer has admitted to pretending to be a woman and duping dozens of men into having oral sex. Former cop David E Cerna duped at least 60 unsuspecting men by pretending to be a woman and giving them oral sex through a hole in his door. The 34-year-old advertised himself on the Craiglist website and lured the victims to his home in Wentzville, Missouri. Cerna sent his victims a photo of a woman he claimed to be an instructions of what to do when they came to the door.

Cerna, who served as a police officer for six years, secretly filmed his exploits and insisted they have sexual contact through a hole to prevent the men discovering he was a man. He then uploaded the footage to a website, the New York Daily News reports.
The former Chesterfield Police Department officer is reportedly thought to have taped at least 60 men who visited his house. Police were informed of Cerna's allegations in May last year. He will be sentenced on January 25 next year.
