A 24-year-old man from Zimbabwe has been remanded in prison for allegedly having sex with a donkey. Munyaradzi Chidhani who pleaded guilty to charges brought against him, stunned the local Magistrate Honesty Musiiwa court that he involved in the act of bestiality with a donkey because he did not have a girlfriend to make love to and the urge to quench his sexual drive was much. Chidhani was sentenced to 12 months in prison but had four months suspended on conditions. Prosecutor Willard Chasi told the court that on November 8, this year, Chidhani found a donkey in the fields and tied it to a Mopane tree and started having sexual intercourse with it.
Court heard that he was caught pants down by Benjamin Sendeke a local villager who was checking the boundary fence of his plot. Chidhani tried to run away after realising that he has been caught, but was apprehended and taken to the owner of the Donkey, Tsungirirai Nyoni who handed him to the police.
