Former President, Goodluck Jonathan was honoured in Geneva, Switzerland on Wednesday, January 27.
Jonathan was bestowed with the award for peace keeping and democratic leadership by the chairman of Circle of Diplomats, Robert Blum.
The former Nigerian President, who delivered a keynote address, was presented with his award during the Diplomatic Circle’s annual dinner at the Intercontinental Hotel Geneva.
The Diplomatic Circle is a group of diplomats from all over the world and they are honouring Jonathan who is the first African leader to be so honoured by the group for his democratic government.
