Tips on how to detect a fraudster under the pretense of a banker

This post is basically for Africans especially Nigerians.  The rate at which so many persons are been scammed is becoming sleeping so in this post have put together ways at which you can easily detect a scammer.

1. Scammers will send you a message like the pictures posted above

2. You call the person and the first question he will ask you is the bank which you are using (Note if he/she is real he will know the bank you subscribe to)

3. The person will start telling you about a system upgrade that may affect your ATM card which is not possible. 

4. He will Asks if you've done your BVN. (Don't give out your bvn code)

5. Then he will ask for the bank name you use.  Atleast he is supposed to know the bank name.

5. He or she will want to know the last time you withdraw and how much you withdraw with you ATM card.  Please never disclose this information.

6. This is the point where he or she will start telling you that they can reactivate your ATM that you need to give them your full information. Do not disclose your information.

Finally, please not that every scammers has their different skills.  Be vigilant they are good in deceiving people.
