A woman, Samantha Truslove and her man, Peter Walker, were jailed for having sex with her partner on a bus in full view of passengers including young children. According to Daily Mail, Truslove, 26, had sex with Walker, 37, on the back seat of the single-decker bus in Cradley Heath, West Midlands. The incident happened just hours after Walker had been released from prison and while Truslove was on an ASBO. Truslove, from Dudley, West Midlands, has been jailed for 28 weeks after pleading guilty to outraging public decency. Walker, also of Dudley, appeared in the dock separately and was jailed for 17 weeks after he also admitted to the charge.
Dudley Magistrates Court heard how three children aged just eight and nine saw the couple having sex on the bus. Prosecutor Linda Gudgeon said: 'It was school leaving time and two eight-year-old boys and a nine-year-old girl saw and had to have their eyes averted. 'One mother said she has had to have a discussion with her child about it several times since.'
Jailing Walker, District Judge Wilkinson told him: 'You left prison on January 6 knowing that if you committed an offence you would go back to prison. You didn't even wait until you got home to commit an offence. 'You went straight out and consumed alcohol, had sexual intercourse in full sight of all people wondering by including children.'
In 2013, Truslove was given an ABSO banning her from the borough of Sandwell, West Midlands, after she and her former partner made neighbour's lives a misery with their drunken behaviour. She was also charged with breaching the order and for being drunk and abusive towards police within the boundaries of where she was not allowed to be.
The court hearing this week heard Truslove had breached the terms of the ASBO several times since it was imposed three years ago.
