The chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar on Thursday morning ruled that the CCT has jurisdiction to entertain and try the embattled senate president Bukola Saraki. He said it doesn't matter how long a crime was committed,
once it is investigated and a crime is uncovered, the federal government can initiate a criminal case against the accused person (Saraki).
