Schoolgirl, Bonnie Armitage – daughter of Nick and Polly Armitage (pictured inset) was fatally injured while riding with her family as part of the tri-weekly Cotswold Hunt in Miserden, Gloucestershire.
She was airlifted to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital after being kicked by a horse riding in front of her but died later in the day.
Gloucestershire Police confirmed her death is not being treated as suspicious.
Bonnie was a pupil at £18,000-a-year St Hugh’s preparatory school in Faringdon, Oxfordshire, where her father Nick, 40, is deputy head and housemaster. The death has been a painful one for her family, friends revealed.
