PHOTOS: UN Ambassador Angelina Jolie In Jozi To Address AU Summit

Hollywood actress, UN Ambassador Angelina Jolie is in Johannesburg for the 2015 AU Summit in Sandton. The 25th Africa Union ( AU) Summit took place at the Sandton Convention Centre, Sandton, Johannesburg.

The theme for this year’s summit is Women’s Empowerment and Development Towards Africa’s Agenda 2063.

Angelina Jolie landed at O.R Tambo International Airport on Thursday June 11th, 2015 to meet with women’s rights campaigners at an event hosted by British High Commissioner to South Africa, Judith Macgregor.

Angelina spent the day speaking with activists and survivors of sexual violence.
